Fade Growth Partner collects the information you submit through our website, forms, scheduling pages, calls, emails, SMS messages, and onboarding workflows so we can respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, and support active clients.

We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business address, locations, team information, service and product details, meeting details, onboarding answers, brand materials, logos, colors, fonts, copy, testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, documents, account identifiers, approvals, deadlines, and other files or information you choose to share with us.
How We Use Information
We use this information to communicate with you, book meetings, send reminders, prepare audits and proposals, build and maintain websites, manage Google Business Profile work, create content, configure approved website tools, request reviews, produce reports, and provide client onboarding and account support.
SMS And Email
SMS enrollment is optional. If you separately check the SMS consent box on our website form, we may send recurring texts about your inquiry, appointments, service updates, and account support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking a meeting. Google Calendar bookings do not enroll you in SMS.
Sharing
FADEBYMIGZ LLC, doing business as Fade Growth Partner, does not sell personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers we use to operate the business, including CRM, hosting, analytics, payment, email, SMS, cloud storage, and automation providers, only as needed to provide our services. SMS Consent Records
When you choose SMS, we keep the phone number, the exact consent wording and version, the source page, and the date and time of your choice. You can submit an inquiry or book a meeting without opting in. If you withdraw consent, we retain an opt-out record to honor that choice.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve our operations. Client upload links expire and can be revoked. Uploaded assets are stored in private cloud storage and are not public unless a client approves their use on a public deliverable.
