Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Fade Growth Partner websites, forms, scheduling pages, onboarding workflows, and services.

Services

Fade Growth Partner provides the Website and Fade System services described on this site. Google Business Profile management and the AI Website Voice Agent are optional add-ons available with an active Fade website plan. Any service not listed in the current offer requires a separate written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required accounts, brand assets, approvals, payment information, and legal permission to use submitted materials. Clients should use Fade's secure onboarding flow for files and should not send account passwords through ordinary forms, email, or SMS.

Payments

The Website is $100 per month. Fade System is $125 per month and includes the Website plus one initial in-person four-hour photo and video capture session and four hours of editing. Google Business Profile management is $50 per month. The AI Website Voice Agent starts at $50 per month and may increase with usage. Add-ons require an active Fade website plan. Services are month to month and may be canceled at any time. New pages, redesigns, new features, and other work outside the included scope are quoted separately. Prices rise 50% on October 31, 2026. Clients who begin before that date keep the rate they started on for as long as their plan stays active, and existing clients are not repriced.

Approvals And Results

The Website offer includes Fade's website satisfaction promise: if you do not love the website, you do not pay for that website service. Project scope, approval steps, launch timing, and any separately quoted work are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Communications

Fade Growth Partner may contact you about your inquiry, appointments, onboarding, project delivery, account support, and occasional service offers. SMS enrollment is optional and requires a separate, unchecked consent box. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Fade Growth Partner at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials remain the client's property. By uploading a file, the client confirms that it has permission to use the file and authorizes Fade to store, edit, and publish it only as needed to provide the requested service. Work product ownership and license rights are controlled by the written proposal, invoice, or agreement for the specific project.
