These terms apply when you use Fade Growth Partner websites, forms, scheduling pages, onboarding workflows, and services.

Services

Fade Growth Partner provides marketing and business automation services, including websites, Google Business Profile support, Google Ads, Meta ads, scripting, video production coordination, editing, posting, review systems, reporting, and custom automation support.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required accounts, brand assets, approvals, payment information, and legal permission to use submitted materials.

Payments

Package pricing, billing timing, ad spend, one-time fees, and cancellation terms are controlled by the written proposal, invoice, or agreement accepted by the client. Ad spend is separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Approvals And Results

Marketing results depend on market demand, offer strength, budget, tracking, competition, creative quality, and client follow-through. Fade Growth Partner does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, ad results, or review outcomes unless separately agreed in writing.

Communications

By submitting forms or booking calls, you agree that Fade Growth Partner may contact you about your inquiry, appointments, onboarding, project delivery, and account support. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials remain the client's property. Work product ownership and license rights are controlled by the written proposal, invoice, or agreement for the specific project.
