An agency charges you three or four grand up front and then a retainer on top, because they are paying account managers, salespeople, and an office. I am one person. I cut all of that out, so you get the same quality of work for a hundred a month with nothing down.
Here is what I actually tell people: a website does not get you customers on its own. It closes them once they show up. So keep the money you would have handed an agency and put it into ads that bring people to the site. If you want, I will help you point those ads the right way.
I have built sites for barbershops, a bakery, an auto glass shop, a lawn care company, and a pool builder. Every one of them works with me directly. You will never get passed to somebody else.

Can you build my site if I am not in Washington?
Yes. The $100 Website plan works anywhere in the United States. The only thing that is limited by geography is the Fade System, because that one includes me showing up in person to film.
Where exactly do you film?
Eastern and central Washington only. Not the west side of the state. If you are outside that area you can still get the $100 Website plan, it just will not include a filming day.
Who actually builds it?
I do. Fade is one person, me. That is why it costs what it costs and why you get me on the phone instead of an account manager.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. No long-term contract, cancel any time. If you do not love your website, you do not pay.
